Cookie policy
The website does not automatically collect any information except for the information contained in cookie files and IP addresses. IP addresses collected based on access log analysis are used for technical purposes related only to the moderation of submissions from contact forms and server administration.
Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storing them on the end device, and a unique number.
The entity placing cookie files on the end device of the Service User and obtaining access to them is the operator of the Service Triobud Nieruchomości Sp. z o. o., ul. Piłsudskiego 40/107, 48-303 Nysa.
Cookie files may be used for the purpose of:
a) adjusting the content of the Service web pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the web pages; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Service User and properly display the web page tailored to his/her individual needs;
b) creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use the web pages, which allows improving their structure and content;
c) maintaining the User’s Service session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each Service subpage.
Two basic types of cookie files are used within the Service: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website, or turning off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
The following types of cookie files may be used within the Service:
a) “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the Service;
b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect abuses in the scope of authentication within the Service;
c) “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how Service Users use the web pages;
d) “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings chosen by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g., in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, the font size, the appearance of the web page, etc.;
e) “advertising” cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the User’s interests.
In many cases, the software used to browse web pages (web browser) by default allows storing cookie files on the User’s end device. Service Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookie files in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting on the User’s Service device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookie files is available in the software settings (web browser).
The Service Operator informs that limiting the use of cookie files may affect some functionalities available on the Service web pages.
Cookie files placed on the Service User’s end device and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
More information about cookie files can be found in the “Help” section of the web browser menu.
