"Beyond the World" Estate
The “Poza Światem” estate is a complex of semi-detached and detached residential buildings. The project includes 39 modern apartments. In order to satisfy even the most demanding customers, five different types of premises have been designed. In addition, each of them can be arranged in one of three styles – loft, Scandinavian or exclusive. All this so that customers can choose a solution that will provide them with a sense of comfort for years to come.
To meet the needs of future residents, the estate has designed a sports field (which will turn into an ice rink in winter), a garden bale and sauna, a barbecue gazebo and a service building with a restaurant, a self-service store, a swimming pool and a relaxation spa area.
Thanks to careful matching of materials, the estate fully blends in with the local architecture. We also rely on ecological, environmentally friendly solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. We invest in renewable energy sources so that the estate’s residents live not only close to nature, but also in harmony with it.
The location of the “Poza Światem” estate at the foot of the Opawskie Mountains is a guarantee of clean air and picturesque landscapes at any time of the year. In the area you can find many attractions, both for those who like to spend time actively, and for those who appreciate peace, quiet and intimate atmosphere.
